At Caledon Contractors, we’ve always loved building — homes, roads, and landscapes. But behind all the hard work, there’s a playful side that thrives on creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of mischief. That spark inspired our new venture: The Half Cut Gardener.

The name says it all. “Half Cut” is a cheeky nod to being a little merry, when the best (and occasionally wackiest) ideas come to life. And true to the name, our installations are literally half buried in the ground — fun, quirky, and unexpected.

From tractors rising out of flowerbeds to bathtubs turned into planters, we love designing gardens that make people stop, smile, and wonder. Every project combines creativity with our trusted construction skills — safe, precise, and built to last.

Whether it’s a private garden, community space, or large estate, The Half Cut Gardener brings personality, humour, and surprise to outdoor spaces. We believe gardens should be fun, memorable, and full of stories.
